Krabi Day 3: Koh Poda

The last day we joined a dreamlike breakfast outside at the beach with an amazing view and the weather was great !
We packed our things, checked-out of the resort and took again a longtail boat to the Island which is called Koh Poda.
Again, the boat trip was amazing with the wind, the sun and this deep blue water...
It took like 20 - 25 minutes to get there from Ao Nang Beach and we finally arrived at heaven.
Honestly, I think I never ever have seen such a beautiful, breathtaking beach like this in my whole life.
The water was crystal clear, we could saw the other Islands which were only a stone's throw away from Koh Poda and the sun was shining so strong and bright.
It is exactly like on the pictures in those brochures of travel agencies...
Actually, I saw such beautiful beaches like this just one year ago but the essential difference was that this time the beach was quite empty and there were only a few people. I felt like we were the only one on that island.
It was a perfect last day of the trip although I got my first ever sunburn in my life. It was still worth it.

I only can recommend Krabi. From there on you can visit so many beautiful beaches, the nationalpark, crystal pools and waterfalls. Unfortunately, because of my sickness and lack of time we couldn't visit the hot springs, emerald pools and the nationalpark. But for everyone who wants to go there and who wants to visit every attraction, should plan at least 4 days to stay there.

Got some wanderlust now? I hope I could give you some inspiration.

Hugs and kisses,
Miny Van

Krabi Day 2: Railey Beach

The next day we really wanted to see a nice beach therefore we took a longtail boat from Ao Nang Beach to Railey Beach. We payed 400 Baht (around 10 Euro) for 2 tickets and it took about 15 minutes to get there and the trip was worth it because you can watch the water and the cliffs which is really beautiful.
When we arrived to the Island, we realized that we arrived at the west side of the beach which was also beautiful but we walked like 15 - 20 minutes to the East Railey Beach where we could swim and hangout. The walk to the beach was nice as we saw a lot of plants, flowers, cliffs and monkeys running around. It was simply amazing and you can only enjoy the whole nature around you.
When we finally arrived there, we were, again, impressed by the beach, the water... just the whole view.

We stayed there the rest of the day, walking around, swimming, climbing up some rocks, taking pictures and just being one with the nature. It's always amazing to realize how beautiful, diversified and wonderful this world is. I feel like I want to see every single side of this earth, there's no place I am bound to, any place where I feel comfortable I can call home...

Krabi Day 1: Ao Nang Beach and Nature

Hello my Lovelies ! :)

How are you and how's your summer so far? I know, I know... I am taking too long to post new things. Like so often I can only tell you that I am very sorry about that but living and working in Bangkok absorbes my whole life and time at the moment.

Two weeks ago I went to Krabi and one week ago I visited my family in Vietnam. So this weekend I am finally staying in Bangkok, doing the typical stuff: nightlife, sleeping, eating, relaxing... and I wouldn't prefer something else right now! I am so damn happy about that weekend has finally arrived and I just want to chill and take time for some personal things... for example my blog. :)

So yeah... Krabi. We arrived in Ao Nang on friday and just took the time to look around our resort, the streets and to relax as I got ill the day before the trip... unfortunately.
We went to the restaurant, spent some time at the pool and in our room.
Our resort where we stayed at was located directly at Ao Nang Beach, so it was very nice to walk around and having the ocean view and the nature all around us.
